Job summary

Ethos collaborates with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced investment research analysts who will train a language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. You will leverage 3+ years of sector coverage experience to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor materials across multiple workflows.

This is a fully remote, flexible role offering $100 per hour, with 5–20 hours per week and the start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment-thesis communication
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation-report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.
