Applicants should hold a minimum GCE O-Level qualification and be available to work on a shift basis across weekdays.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and neutrality during all sessions.
• Apply correct industry terminology and follow client-specific instructions.
• Work remotely on an on-demand, permanent basis.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Strong listening, memory, and note-taking skills.
• Reliable remote work setup.
• Fully work from home with working hours start between 7pm-3am with 8 hrs shift + 1 hr break.
• Objective, focused, and able to manage sensitive conversations.
• Professional communication with clients and cultural awareness.
• 5 days week, Mon to Fri, Shift rotating required.
