Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional quantitative trading or research experience in systematic trading.
• Proven track record developing profitable systematic trading strategies in live markets.
• Strong experience in high-frequency market making, arbitrage, or related HFT strategies.
• Proficiency in Python for quantitative research and data analysis.
• Familiarity with C++ and low-latency trading systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, backtest, deploy, and improve systematic quantitative trading strategies across crypto and traditional markets.
• Develop strategies across high- and mid-frequency horizons with emphasis on market making and arbitrage.
• Translate research into production trading systems in collaboration with engineers.
• Optimize execution, risk controls, and position sizing for performance and robustness.
• Monitor live strategies, analyze performance, and iterate for profitability and capacity.
