Job summary

Goal360 is seeking a Growth & Marketing Intern to support customer engagement, marketing and social media efforts. This is a flexible, part-time internship with duties shared with another intern, and a pro-rated base stipend.

You will engage prospective parents via WhatsApp and calls, guide them toward tasters and enrolments, and help create on-brand social content. Much of the work can be done remotely, with occasional in-person Goal360 sessions in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with prospective parents via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Understand their needs and guide them towards suitable programmes and taster sessions
• Follow up after tasters to support conversion into enrolments
• Maintain clear records and coordinate follow-ups with the team
• Analyse leads to identify trends and opportunities
• Propose strategies to improve lead generation and conversion
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, partnerships and outreach
• Plan and create posts, reels, stories and other social media content
• Attend selected training sessions to capture photos and video footage
• Help communicate the Goal360 experience through engaging, on-brand content
