Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to manage financial reporting for the company and associated asset-holding entities. The successful candidate will prepare financial statements according to SFRS/IFRS, handle regulatory submissions, and perform bookkeeping for family members. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience, a degree in a related discipline, and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. This role offers the flexibility of working from home and may be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate services.
• Familiarity with FRS/IFRS and offshore jurisdiction knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.
• Handle timely submissions to ACRA, MAS, and other authorities.
• Perform bookkeeping for the Principal and SFO family members.
• Prepare internal financial reports and invoices.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data.
