Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced editorial QA leads to help train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review and refine outputs to ensure accuracy, formatting, and consistency before delivery.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours weekly with a $70/hour compensation, ASAP start, and opportunities to shape high‑impact executive and client materials across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Perform board-ready slide deck formatting reviews
• Audit financial models and spreadsheet formulas for accuracy
• Proof executive memos and ensure brand and template compliance
• Review client-facing proposal documents for consistency and quality
• Maintain cross-document consistency trackers
