• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law is essential.
• Able to manage a broad range of legal matters across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on general corporate and commercial matters.
• Provide legal support on data protection and privacy matters.
• Support technology transactions, including SaaS and software licensing.
• Assist with banking, finance, and fintech-related contracts.
• Advise on oil and gas, energy, or shipping-related contracts.
• Work collaboratively with internal business teams to manage legal risks.
• Provide project-based support and assist with ad-hoc legal queries.
