Job summary

Pantera Capital in Singapore is looking for an Audio AI Engineer to research and develop algorithms for accent conversion, voice conversion, and speech recognition on low-latency streaming architectures. You will prototype audio models to enhance intelligibility and naturalness while working with product and platform teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD or equivalent experience and has proficiency in deep learning frameworks. Join us to help improve real-time communication systems.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of relevant industry experience considered a plus.
• Experience publishing in top-tier conferences such as ICASSP, INTERSPEECH, NeurIPS, and ICLR.

Responsibilities

• Research algorithms for accent conversion, voice conversion, speech synthesis, and recognition.
• Prototype end-to-end audio models and evaluate model performance.

Skills

Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Programming skills (Python, C/C++)

Sequence modeling architectures (Transformers, RNNs)

Low-latency, real-time audio models

Model compression techniques

Education
