Job summary

Mercor is assembling a red team for AI safety. You’ll probe AI outputs, surface vulnerabilities, and generate red team data that improves safety for customers.

The work is text-based, and participation in higher-sensitivity projects is optional with clear guidelines and wellness resources. Responsibilities include documenting findings, following taxonomies and playbooks, and producing reproducible reports and datasets for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in red teaming AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
• Ability to document risks and produce reproducible artifacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents: jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, multi-turn manipulation
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures and flagging systemic risks
• Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to keep testing consistent
• Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases for customers Mercor
