AVOLT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive candidate to plan and schedule ACMV/M&E project activities in Singapore. You will manage construction projects, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure designs meet client requirements.

The role involves site supervision, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and preparing progress claims and final accounts. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided where needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• Manage ACMV / M&E construction projects and monitor adherence to the target schedule.
• Handle design for ACMV / M&E and ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare Progress Claims, Materials Submission, Risk Assessments, Progress Reports, Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
• Forecast and mitigate potential risks to projects.
• Site supervision and liaison with supervisors and workers for smooth workflow.
• Plan manpower and work arrangements with the site in-charge.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers.
• Assist in settlement of project final accounts including variation orders.
