Job summary

PCI Private Limited, a proud member of the Celestica family, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive product qualification, regulatory certification, and ongoing reliability testing for global brands. You will develop qualification plans, coordinate labs, build reliability models, perform FMEA, monitor MTBF, and ensure compliance with IPC, IEC, ISTA, and MIL-STD standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering.
• Experience in regulatory testing and certification (FCC, IC, CE, UL) is an advantage.
• Experience in Reliability Prediction, FMEA and Hazard Analysis is an advantage.
• Experience in developing qualification plans and procedures according to international standards is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in reliability, regulatory and workmanship standards such as IPC, IEC, ISTA, ESTN, IDA, CENELEC, MIL-STD, etc is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop product qualification plan and procedures.
• Coordinate internally and with external lab to execute qualification test plan.
• Report results to customer and follow up internally for improvements.
• Obtain regulatory and safety marks such as FCC, IC, CE and UL marks for new products.
• Build prediction model based on component specs and BOM.
• Liaise with Engineering to improve reliability prediction, and grow product reliability during design phase.
• Use tools such as prediction standards, FMEA, FMECA to reduce product risk.
• Conduct and report ORT
• Monitor field returns and report MTBF.

Responsibilities:

New Product Qualification and Certification

• Develop product qualification plan and procedures
• Coordinate internally and with external lab to execute qualification test plan.

Requirements:
