Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist Relationship Managers in the application process within the Motor/Vehicle industry. The role includes developing understanding with dealers, ensuring timely responses, and performing execution duties for approved applications. A diploma in Business Administration is required, along with preferred experience in the Motor/Vehicle industry and as a Relationship Officer in financial contexts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in Motor/Vehicle industry preferred.
• Working experience as Relationship Officer in Financial Institutions/Leasing company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process.
• Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base.
• Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up.
• Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents.
• Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays.
• Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.
• Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary.
• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
• Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications.
