Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, source, and acquire new SME and commercial clients through networking, referrals, and market prospecting activities.
    Understand clients’ business models and financing requirements to recommend suitable loan and banking solutions.
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    Regularly review clients’ financial performance and credit standing to identify opportunities for cross-selling and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and present well-structured credit proposals, including financial analysis, cash flow projections, and risk assessments.
    Ensure proposals comply with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
    Work closely with credit risk and compliance teams during the loan approval process.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective portfolio management, relationship building, and product cross-selling.
    Identify new revenue streams by offering additional banking products such as deposits, trade financing, treasury solutions, and insurance.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to ensure the bank remains>Provide feedback to management on product improvements and market opportunities.
  • Ensure all documentation, KYC, and due diligence processes are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
    Support the team in ensuring smooth loan disbursement and account servicing.
