We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager (NRI Market) - Global Private Banking.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Prospect new (ultra) high net worth individuals and secure new relationship to generate new Asset Under Management and Gross Revenue
  • Provide financial and investment advice to clients after assessing their requirement
  • Handle day-to-day client request and refer any non-private banking related needs to other part of the franchise
  • Gather market insights, research, and product intelligence in order to best serve the interests of clients
  • Supervise the execution of client's transactions and ensure minimal errors
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with applicable regulatory framework/guidelines and the group's policies and procedures are properly adhered to
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the culture and values of the bank during interaction with clients and in public behaviour
  • Conduct business with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications - Internal

To be successful you will need

  • Relationship management experience in Private Banking
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
  • Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
