A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for client relationship management within the marketing function. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with fluency in English and Japanese to effectively serve Japanese clients. The chosen candidate will manage annual revenue targets, develop new business opportunities, and enhance client asset sizes over time. A good university degree and preferably CACS qualifications are necessary for success.

  • Fluency in English and Japanese is strongly preferred.

  • Builds market share; able to enhance client asset size over time
  • Competent in advising clients on investment products and services
  • Actively involved in new business development; able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Keeps up to date with products and services; may give input for new product development
  • Monitors tasks for quality assurance to meet client servicing needs.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
  • Good university degree
  • Preferably completed professional qualifications: CACS Papers I and II
  • Driven and entrepreneurial
  • Good business acumen
  • Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Japanese are strongly preferred as this role is required to deal with Japanese clients.
