Job Description
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with HNW/VIP clients, family offices, and institutional partners across Greater China and North Asia.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  • Identify and onboard new clients and partners in the region, driving business growth and AUM.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to strengthen the firm's presence among both private and institutional investors.
  • Collaborate with product, trading, and research teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Advise clients on digital asset opportunities, including tokenized investments, stablecoins, staking, and yield strategies.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments in digital assets across key North Asian markets.
  • Work closely with internal compliance, risk, and product teams to ensure best practices in client onboarding and asset management.
  • Partner with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless client service and adherence to local regulations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and client education on market trends and digital innovation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or institutional sales, preferably covering Greater China or North Asia markets.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with HNW and institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset products (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokenization, DeFi, digital custody).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an entrepreneurial and client‑centric mindset.
  • Deep network and understanding of local financial ecosystems and regulatory environments in the region.
