Job Description

• Execute, advise and negotiate on project finance, leveraged finance or fund finance deals. Manage portfolio and customer relationship on a daily basis.
• Liaise with external and internal relevant stakeholders, assess risk factors and provide possible solutions.
• Structure and handle financing solutions tailored to specific needs of clients.
• Prepare credit applications (quantitative and qualitative client analysis), credit renewal and undertake periodic review of assigned portfolio.
• Active management of the overall risk profile of assets throughout project life, including ongoing monitoring of client and project conditions, proactive risk identification, recommendation of risk mitigants, and management reporting.
• Assist in industry related research and strategy exercises such as development of new growth areas, country strategies and industry benchmarking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate banking and related industry preferred.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of corporate bank products, especially project finance, leveraged finance or fund finance preferred.
• Longer experience or expertise in corporate relationship management, project finance, leveraged finance, or fund finance will be prioritized.
