Min. 3 years of Relationship Manager experience or Prior experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and passionate Relationship Manager (RM) for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, and digital asset investors. This role combines traditional wealth management expertise with emerging digital asset strategies to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the digital asset and wealth management space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, portfolio reviews, and strategic financial planning.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  • Provide insights and guidance on digital asset investments including cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and blockchain-based financial products.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the digital finance space.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions including investment planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and retirement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, legal, compliance) to deliver holistic wealth management services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to attract new clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions and advisory services comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor client portfolios for risk exposure and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in wealth management or digital asset advisory.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and blockchain technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin for communication with internal English and Chinese speaking stakeholders and clients
