A dynamic payments firm in Singapore is searching for a Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager. This role involves developing and servicing Chinese-background clients, particularly in the cross-border payment sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the payment industry, deep knowledge of payment products, and fluency in Mandarin and English. You'll play a crucial role in client management and internal coordination to ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the payment industry, preferably with domestic or cross-border payment companies.
• Deep understanding of payment products, compliance frameworks, and risk controls.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Chinese-background PSP clients and direct merchants.
• Support A-Team in expanding the client portfolio and achieving business growth targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
