About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to take care of our existing corporate clients. You will conduct regular visits, ensure service quality, gather feedback, and build long-term partnerships. Beyond service care, you will also introduce clients to our wider range of solutions and generate leads for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
  • Visit clients regularly to ensure service standards are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for feedback, service issues, and follow-ups.
  • Gather client insights on product quality (e.g., coffee taste, machine performance).
  • Introduce and promote additional services (coffee, tea, water, air solutions, pantry services).
  • Identify upsell opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and position us as a trusted partner.
  • Document client visits, feedback, and report insights to management.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
