Relationship Manager (North Asia) - External Asset Management (EAM)

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are partnering with a growing External Asset Management (EAM) firm to hire an experienced Relationship Manager focusing on North Asia markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, acquiring, and managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, while delivering tailored investment solutions in collaboration with private banking partners and product specialists.

This is an excellent opportunity for private bankers or EAM professionals seeking a more entrepreneurial and independent platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients from the North Asia region (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, etc.).
  • Identify client needs and provide bespoke wealth management and investment advisory solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with private banks, custodians, and investment providers to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Drive client acquisition and asset growth, leveraging existing networks and business referrals.
  • Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory and internal requirements, including KYC/AML.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Work with the investment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and portfolio administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Private Banking, EAM, or Wealth Management, with a strong network in the North Asia region.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
  • Sound knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and capital markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, client-centric approach, and ability to thrive in a boutique EAM setup.
