Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore invites a Relationship Analyst to be an integral member of our Singapore and Southeast Asia teams. You will support and strengthen our intermediary client relationships, contribute to wealth management efforts, and coordinate with Business Development Managers, Portfolio Advisors and Relationship Managers.

The role requires a passion for learning, solid communication, and the ability to work under time pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience in the investment industry.
• Direct buy-side experience supporting intermediary/distribution clients.
• Strong academic credentials with CFA/CAIA progress preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluency in English required; Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and strengthen relationships with intermediary clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Portfolio Advisors and Relationship Managers.
• Respond to inquiries, undertake market research and prepare for client meetings.
• Travel occasionally; cover fund distribution and sub-advisory relationships.
