CSCGFM CORPORATE SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced professional to lead REIT trustee mandates, coordinating with investment managers, bankers, and legal counsel to ensure compliant, timely execution of transactions. You will manage transactions end-to-end, negotiate trust-related agreements, and serve as primary client contact while ensuring risk and compliance across finance, legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in corporate finance (legal, banking, or funds management).
• Exposure to Singapore REIT transactions or debt capital market transactions is highly regarded.
• Strong AML/CTF/KYC regulatory knowledge and document review ability.

Responsibilities

• Support new deal execution and onboarding of new clients; ensure timely transaction documents.
• Oversee and coordinate all transactional documentation including legal, tax and accounting matters.
• Manage transactions end-to-end as transaction manager with internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation of trust-related agreements: trust deeds, financing, services agreements.
• Act as deal manager and primary client contact with intermediaries and client teams.
• Coordinate across compliance, risk, finance and legal for seamless execution.
