Job description

To attend to risks requiring reinsurance by effecting treaty cessions/ or fac. placement, to maximise retention of risks to increase net written premium, assist in the yearly compilation of reinsurance statistical data, treaty renewal. To assist in continual process health checks, processing of facultative inward/outward reinsurance, and provide a technical reference point for queries from Business units and reinsurers.

To ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the Reinsurance department, and to ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and group policies.
