Goldman Sachs’ Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) in Singapore is seeking an Associate to support the Risk & Regulatory Solutions team. The STO group enables large-scale transformations, scaling operating platforms and improving client experiences across AWM.

You will collaborate across Legal & Compliance, 1/2/3 LoD, and COOs to triage regulatory changes, manage pipelines and implement disruptors in non-discretionary spaces for the business. This is a high-impact, visibility role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of regulatory solutions or related experience.
• Understanding of investment products and the asset/wealth management ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide creative solutions.
• Project management including scoping, issues, risks, dependencies and solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering solutions for complex problems.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel; quick to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, manage pipeline, and implement regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, LoD, COOs and business partners across the firm.
• Lead strategic cross-divisional discussions on regulatory change matters.
• Apply governance tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of analyses and solutions.
• Build strong senior stakeholder relationships for complex analysis across businesses.
