Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a Manager in the Regulation Division to uphold the standards of Singapore's private education and continuing education training ecosystem. You will ensure Training Providers and Private Education Institutions meet regulatory requirements set by SWDA.

You will lead inspections, enforce the Private Education Act and related regulations, and review frameworks to keep policies relevant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in regulation, enforcement, investigations, or operations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and compliance: ensure TPs seeking SWDA funding meet registration and quality standards.
• Regulate Private Education Institutions per Private Education Act 2009 and related regulations.
• Inspection and enforcement: lead inspections, investigate non-compliance, and take enforcement actions.
• Policy and framework review: assess legislation, frameworks, and policies for relevance and effectiveness.
• Innovation and process enhancement: use AI and data analytics to improve tools and monitoring processes.
