We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our expanding Group Regulatory Compliance team, based in our Singapore office. This key senior role sits within the Group GRC Function and reports directly to the Group Head of Regulatory Compliance in the UK. You will hold primary responsibility for overseeing and executing the regulatory compliance framework for our Singapore-licenced payment services business, while contributing to Group-wide compliance initiatives and standards.
As the senior regulatory subject matter expert in Singapore, you will provide advice and guidance to business leaders and other colleagues, drive implementation of compliance controls, and ensure our operations meet all applicable requirements under the Payment Services Act (PSA), MAS Notices and Guidelines, and broader Singaporean regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with the senior management in Singapore and across the GRC to maintain a strong compliance culture, effective governance processes, and a positive approach to emerging regulatory risks. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
In this senior role, you will lead the development, enhancement and execution of a robust second line Regulatory Compliance framework for the Singapore business, while strengthening relationships across internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide clear reporting, insights and guidance to governance bodies on compliance and regulatory risks, issues, solutions and opportunities.
