Job description
Overview

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Prosben Group Pte. Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring that the company’s products, operations, and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage regulatory compliance, monitor regulatory changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, interpret, and stay up to date with changes in relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external bodies to obtain required approvals, registrations, and certifications
  • Review, develop, and update internal policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate compliance risks
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to Production, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings, reports, applications, and notifications in a timely manner
  • Represent the company during regulatory audits, inspections, and assessments
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of effective regulatory and compliance solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or another science-related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong working knowledge of EU, US, and Asia chemical regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive, responsible, and collaborative working style
