Job summary

A healthcare services company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous individual for nursing registration support. Responsibilities include processing applications, managing documents, and closure of registration applications while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 1-year contract with specified working hours.

Job description
Responsibilities

Support registration related work for nurses including the following:

  • Process applications for registration/ enrolment as Nurses/ Midwives
  • Process related applications e.g. change of practice place, re-print of certificates, update particulars, allocation of e-applications to respective officers
  • Perform closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments
  • Process incoming source documents, including Verification of Registration (VR) and Transcripts of Nursing Education (TNE)
  • Manage hardcopy documents as and when required, such as housekeeping and scanning
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Administrative experience preferred

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract ( Jan 2026)

  • Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
