Job description

We are looking for a Registered Technical Officer (RTO) to join our team for an upcoming office redevelopment project. The scope includes lift replacement and office renovation works, carried out under two overlapping contracts over a 8-months period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulations.
  • Supervise daily construction activities and monitor quality of works.
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
  • Enforce workplace safety and environmental standards.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineering
  • Must be a Registered Technical Officer (valid RTO certificate from IES Singapore)
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant site supervision experience in Singapore.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple trades on site.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Project-Based (Approx. 8 months on site)

Project Duration: December 2025 – November 2026
