Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated imaging nurses for our health-screening and diagnostic imaging centre in Central, offering a stable, forward-looking healthcare environment. This role supports early detection and wellness care in collaboration with a professional team.

Responsibilities include IV cannulation, venepuncture, patient preparation and care, infection-control adherence, and close coordination with radiologists and radiographers.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing and SNB registered nurse.
• Min. 3–4 years as a registered nurse skilled in phlebotomy and cannulation.
• Prior experience in imaging centres is a bonus.
• Able to liaise in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV cannulation for contrast-enhanced imaging procedures.
• Conduct venepuncture/phlebotomy for laboratory investigations and health screening services.
• Ensure correct patient identification, sample labelling, handling, and timely dispatch of specimens.
• Monitor patients for complications related to IV contrast administration and initiate interventions.
• Maintain proper aseptic technique and infection control standards during procedures.
• Assist radiologists and radiographers during imaging procedures where nursing support is required.
• Prepare patients for imaging examinations, including pre-screening and post-procedure care.
• Observe and monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after imaging procedures as required.
• Provide post-imaging instructions and patient education.
• Work closely with radiologists, radiographers, clinic assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Work location: Central

Working hours: 5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday and half Sat, office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IV cannulation for contrast-enhanced imaging procedures (e.g. CT, MRI) safely and competently.
• Conduct venepuncture/phlebotomy for laboratory investigations and health screening services.
• Ensure correct patient identification, sample labelling, handling, and timely dispatch of specimens.
• Monitor patients for complications related to IV contrast administration (e.g. extravasation, allergic reactions) and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain proper aseptic technique and infection control standards during all procedures.
• Assist radiologists and radiographers during imaging procedures where nursing support is required.
• Prepare patients for imaging examinations, including explanation of procedures, pre-screening (e.g. contrast safety checklist), and post-procedure care.
• Observe and monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after imaging procedures as required.
• Provide post-imaging instructions and patient education.
• Work closely with radiologists, radiographers, clinic assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing and SNB registered nurse.
• Min. 3 - 4 years as a registered nurse / staff nurse skilled in phlebotomy / cannulation.
• Prior nurses with experience in imaging centres will be a good bonus.
• Able to liaise in Mandarin to assist with Chinese-speaking patients on a daily basis.
• Compassionate and good patient care oriented.
