FORTRESS INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified nurse with active SNB registration and BCLS certification to join our clinic.

The candidate will handle patient care, dispense medications, and perform routine clinical procedures. Responsibilities include ECG, injections, vital measurements, eye tests, spirometry and blood draws, plus in-patient bedside care. 5.5 working days, immediate start, and full vaccination required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing is required.
• Valid SNB registration required.
• Valid BCLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care management.
• Dispense medications as prescribed.
• Perform ECG, injections, height/weight measurements, eye tests, spirometry, and blood draws.
• Assist in in-patient bedside care as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Patient Care Management
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB
• Valid BCLS
• Competent in ECG, administering injections, height/weight measurements, eye test, spirometry & drawing blood
• Dispensing medication
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Clinic/Hospital
• Minimum 1 year in-patient bedside working experience
• Able to start work immediately.
• Able to work on 5.5 days (Office Hours)
• Locum positions
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid, MMR (Mumps, Measles & Rubella), TDAP, Hep B
• Only for Singaporean / Singapore PRs

Hourly Rates: Weekdays: $25 / Weekends: $28
