You will oversee the travel retail business across Korea, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, driving sales performance and building long-term partnerships with key retailers. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of sales experience in the Beauty retail or Travel Retail industry, strong leadership, negotiation skills, and is adaptable to different cultures. This role requires significant travel across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience with a proven sales record.
• Prior experience in Beauty retail or Travel Retail is advantageous.
• Must be adaptable to different cultures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Korea, Southeast Asia & Oceania travel retail business.
• Achieve business targets through commercial strategy implementation.
• Drive sell-out performance of core brands using data-driven insights.
• Build partnerships with key retailers for joint business plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate strategies.
