In this role, you will report to the Brands General Manager and be responsible for elevating the artistry and craftsmanship of makeup artists across all regions in-charged. Collaborating with a diverse international team, you will serve as a mentor and coach to guide them toward achieving Certified Makeup Artist status and ensuring full CMUA certification across all distribution channels.

The Job
- Create and implement programs that enhance makeup artists' skills to achieve CMUA certification, promoting excellence in artistry and customer experience.
- Partner with International Marketing Department to roll out global education initiatives while customizing training and social media materials to fit local market needs.
- Conduct masterclasses and guide social media content strategies to strengthen both online and offline brand presence across the region.
- Maintain regular quarterly touchpoints with each market to provide ongoing training support and ensure alignment with brand and regional objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing departments and local education teams to deliver relevant, high-impact training that meets diverse market expectations.
