The Job
  • Lead the design and execution of regional total rewards strategies across multiple APAC markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market best practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to develop competitive compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and incentive schemes that attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee annual salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and job levelling structures to ensure consistency, equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Provide strategic insights and data‑driven recommendations on pay equity, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Manage regional headcount and payroll budgeting, ensuring accuracy, fiscal discipline, and alignment with workforce plans.
  • Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and employee experience within total rewards operations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to harmonise compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring compliance and alignment across diverse markets.
