The Job
- Lead the design and execution of regional total rewards strategies across multiple APAC markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market best practices.
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to develop competitive compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and incentive schemes that attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee annual salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and job levelling structures to ensure consistency, equity, and market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic insights and data‑driven recommendations on pay equity, performance management, and organizational design.
- Manage regional headcount and payroll budgeting, ensuring accuracy, fiscal discipline, and alignment with workforce plans.
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and employee experience within total rewards operations.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to harmonise compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring compliance and alignment across diverse markets.

- An experienced Total Rewards or C&B professional with strong regional exposure and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded, with a passion for building equitable, scalable, and impactful rewards frameworks.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and influencing at senior levels in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
