Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from a top-tier MNC or reputable technology organization.
• Prior experience recruiting technical or engineering roles is highly preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage due to frequent interaction with China-based teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, primarily within IC design, semiconductor, and R&D functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HQ stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Manage candidate experience, interviews, offers, and relocation coordination.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
