A leading regional manufacturing group in Singapore is seeking a passionate Sustainability Manager to drive ESG initiatives. In this role, you will lead sustainability reporting, manage carbon accounting, and conduct climate scenario analyses. The ideal candidate has a degree in Sustainability or a related field and 5–8 years of relevant experience in ESG. This newly created position requires strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Regional Sustainability Manager (Manufacturing / ESG Reporting)

A leading regional manufacturing group is seeking a passionate and technically sound Sustainability Manager to drive ESG and sustainability initiatives.

This role acts as a regional champion for sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and climate risk management, working closely with the Group ESG Head and internal stakeholders to align with international ESG standards such as GRI, SASB, and ISSB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sustainability reporting in line with GRI, SASB, and ISSB frameworks.
  • Manage carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and support decarbonisation and energy reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct climate scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities, integrating insights into business planning.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to embed sustainable practices across the supply chain.
  • Support implementation of ESG data platforms/tools for accurate reporting and monitoring.
  • Engage with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to enhance sustainability awareness and performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging ESG regulations and market expectations to guide regional alignment.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Climate Policy, or related field.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in ESG reporting, sustainability management, or climate risk analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Passionate about driving sustainable growth and regional ESG strategy.
