Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP and supply chain functions across Asia (procurement, planning, customer service) to meet KPI targets and corporate goals.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and alternative sourcing to strengthen competitiveness in the region.
• Drive strong collaboration across Operations, Commercial and Supply Chain to ensure responsiveness, service quality and on-time delivery.
• Improve customer satisfaction (NPS) through superior support and relationship management.
• Optimize inventory, planning processes, supply chain capabilities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement global supply chain initiatives and support digital / ERP / planning system strategy.
• Provide strong people leadership — coaching, succession planning, culture building, and developing future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations and uphold highest ethical standards.

Requirements
