Overview

A global luxury brand organisation is hiring an experienced Regional Store Planning (Senior) Manager for its Asia hub in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Store Planning Projects, this role leads the planning and execution of Asia’s most complex luxury retail developments, defining the next generation of flagship and maison-scale spaces.

Based in Singapore, you will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring every store project is delivered on brand, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-format store projects across multiple Asia markets, from conception to completion
  • Apply global design standards while adapting to local market requirements
  • Lead architects, contractors, and vendors to achieve flawless execution
  • Liaise with landlords, authorities, and suppliers for approvals and logistics
  • Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and manage risks; ~30% regional travel
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management
  • Proven experience in store planning and large-scale project management
  • Direct experience delivering flagship and/or large store format projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, millwork, and premium materials
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and 3D software; excellent communication skills
