Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in Retail/Construction background is an advantage.
• Strong risk management mindset to identify and mitigate issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate store projects across the South Asia region.
• Manage and oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers and landlords.
• Drive fair and transparent tendering processes with counterparts.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
