About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Senior Change Manager to lead and deliver change initiatives across the region. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of complex business transformations by partnering closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management for large, multi-market transformation programs
  • Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess change impacts and readiness across the region
  • Coach and support leaders and teams through periods of change
  • Identify and mitigate change risks while driving sustained business outcomes
  • Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption metrics
  • Identify equipment and systems that can be modified or applied to improve operation efficiency, product quality.
  • Gain approval for the allocation of resources and budget. Adhere to compliance with the Master Service Agreement.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering large-scale, complex change initiatives
  • Strong regional or multi-country experience
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Deep understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
