Job Description:
  • Track, analyse, report, and present SEO performance across LATAM and SEA markets
  • Lead hands-on efforts in keyword research, expansion, and content optimisation
  • Strategise organic traffic improvement plan for markets assigned
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, site analysis, recommend and document on-page improvements for logistics website (ad-hoc). This will be liaised and discussed with the PM/dev.
  • Develop clear improvement roadmaps and collaborate with local SEO team for implementation.
  • Analyse competitor ranking keywords to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop SOPs and performance dashboards to standardise tracking and reporting (post-website launch).
  • Utilise Google and Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, GTM, ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, and/or Google Trends
  • Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (organic search traffic, competitor traffic gap, AI Overview citations)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic next steps to reach our KPI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a track record or strong interest in applying AI/LLM tools to solve problems or optimise workflows.
  • Prior SEO experience is preferred, but newcomers with strong curiosity and a willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Fast learner with a curious, experimental, and adaptive mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing search environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to break down problems and generate actionable insights.
  • Comfortable adopting and learning digital tools (SEO/analytics platforms, automation tools, AI research tools).
  • Willingness to learn core SEO concepts such as keyword research, content optimisation, technical audits, and site performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (content, product, regional markets).
  • Experience or interest in LATAM and SEA markets; Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations
