A leading security solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a RSOC Operator to monitor regional security operations and respond to incidents. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a minimum of two years in security operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexible hours are essential. This role demands effective communication and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Under general direction, serve to identify and respond to security incidents, threats, and other risks to the facilities, employees, and other assets in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The RSOC Operator will be primarily tasked with monitoring regional security operations incident response.
Through constant communication, both written and verbal, the operator will work under the supervision of the shift lead operator and RSOC manager to provide an understanding of security threats as they relate to the regional corporate footprint.

Employees are required to notify superiors upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.

In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.
Must have a high school diploma or related field (minimally SSO or SS PLRD Rank)
Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of security operations experience. Previous experience working in a Global Security, Command or similar 24x7 operations center environment.
Must be able to respond to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area.
Must be flexible with the ability to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice.
Must be able to solve complex problems.
Must have strong client and results orientation.
Must always maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for central monitoring station Operators.
