Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and key account growth across the semiconductor manufacturing sector. This role focuses on managing complex, high-value sales cycles and supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of advanced production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within semiconductor manufacturing customers in the region.
  • Manage the full sales process for high-value technology systems, including customer engagement, solution positioning, and contract closure.
  • Work closely with engineering, service, and applications teams to support on-site evaluations, system demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate customer qualification activities, including pre-shipment testing and post-installation acceptance activities.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across engineering, operations, procurement, and management within major manufacturing facilities.
  • Monitor regional market trends, investment cycles, and customer roadmaps to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling high-value technical systems or solutions into advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of long-cycle B2B technical sales, involving multi-department evaluations and capital expenditure approvals.
  • Familiarity working with large-scale production facilities or engineering-driven customers.
  • Ability to manage complex demonstrations, evaluations, or qualification activities involving cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
