Job summary

A luxury travel management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee UHNW/HNW client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in luxury travel management, proven new-business acquisition skills, and the ability to enhance partner relationships. This role offers an opportunity to manage complex international itineraries and lead a regional client service team.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Luxury Travel management.
• Proven new-business acquisition and relationship development expertise.
• Immediate starter preferred.

• Own UHNW/HNW client acquisition and retention; build and manage key accounts.
• Work closely with other global heads for strategy and optimization of total company resources.
• Oversee end-to-end design of complex, multi-country luxury itineraries
• Enhance partner relations (hotels, DMCs, airlines), service standards, and develop a regional client service team

Requirements

• Atleast 10 years of Luxury Travel management experience
• Proven new-business acquisition and relationship development
• Immediate starter is preferred
