Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s footprint in the SEA aerospace market.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within OEMs, MROs, and aerospace suppliers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge related to electrical components, connectors, wiring systems, and electronic assemblies in aerospace applications.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage tender processes and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Participate in regional trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s solutions and capabilities.
- Report regularly to management on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market developments.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven record of achieving business growth and managing large accounts across the SEA region.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical parts and components used in aerospace systems (e.g., connectors, harnesses, relays, sensors, or power distribution units).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems and Intranet tools for internal coordination and reporting.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across multiple SEA countries.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
