A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced business development professional to identify new opportunities and drive growth in the Contract Manufacturing and Electronics Manufacturing Services sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the industry, strong B2B sales strategies, and excellent client management skills. This role requires engagement with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within the specified markets.
Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organizational objectives.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies, employing a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Work with Marketing and project team through the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure. Utilize market insights to position products and services competitively.
Oversee and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Contract Manufacturing / Electronics Manufacturing Services industry.
Familiar with the business landscape in the APAC region.
Proven track record in B2B business development and sales management.
Possess in-depth experience in account management and client retention.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
