Regional Business Manager, APAC,India & ME – Ship Performance & Energy Portfolio (Maritime / Offshore)

The position is for a Regional Business Manager, APAC, Indian & ME region in Hoppe Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of an independent, family-owned company, Hoppe Marine is a trusted partner to shipyards, ship owners, ship operators, and other maritime customers worldwide. The Opportunity

In this role/capacity you will single-handedly drive the Order Entry (OE) and Sales of Hoppe’s Performance & Energy product portfolio in the APAC Region. You will work closely with our global team i.e. our head quarter in Germany, Hoppe China team and Hoppe Korea team to close the deals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
  • Actively work towards achieving the set Order Entry targets for the period/year.
  • Actively work towards achieving the set Sales Targets for the period/year
  • Actively add new accounts/names to the customer base.
RFQ’s/Offers
  • Actively Secure Sales Visits and contacts to drive Sales offer/RFQ's
  • Conduct Competitor/SWOT analysis for the Ship performance & energy sector
  • Maintain a close contact with HM team and share APAC market updates/information.
Marketing
  • Actively participate in market development activities/events to grow the Brand awareness and recognition.
  • Develop customer relationships with Ship owners, Ship managers, Shipyards in the maritime and offshore Industry.
  • Develop preferred supplier relationships for Onboard the vessel Equipment supply & Installation
Weekly/Monthly Reporting
  • Report on Sales Lobby / Visits to proactively keep all stakeholders informed.
Additional duties
  • Perform other sales & market development related tasks as assigned.
