Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer (Valves & Actuators - Oil & Gas)

Are you a driven sales professional with deep technical expertise in valves and actuators? Join our team and play a key role in driving growth across the oil & gas, marine, and offshore sectors.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and grow strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end deal processes — from prospecting and negotiation to closing.
  • Review project specifications and prepare accurate, competitive sales quotations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights to management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support, including technical guidance to customers.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in valves and actuators within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries.
  • Solid understanding of industrial valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, etc.) and electric/pneumatic actuators.
  • Regional sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and results-driven — with excellent follow-up and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
