Job description

We are currently looking to hire an energetic and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play an instrumental role in developing and expanding the company’s footprint in the region and significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage local sales channels in Singapore, including distributors, retailers, and engineering partners.
  • Establish channel cooperation policies and incentive mechanisms, assist channel partners in conducting sales activities, and provide product training, sales support, and market promotion resources to enhance the sales capacity and performance of channel partners.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of channel partners, optimize the channel structure, and ensure the efficient operation of the channels.

Strong learning ability and adaptability to quickly adapt to Singapore’s market environment and work culture. Proactive, highly responsible, high resilience and self-motivation, and able to maintain high-efficiency work under high-pressure conditions. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PP) and sales management tools.
